Application Process...

We will be accepting Letters of Inquiry (LOI:  see below for content explanation) beginning on March 1, 2018.  Application forms will be mailed to invited client/applicants only, after March 15, 2018.  No LOI or application will be accepted except in hard copy format through the US Postal Service.

LOI

An LOI should contain:  who you are (name); where you are (mailing address, geographic location in the universe...not just online location); and the specific category of assistance you will be seeking from us.  Please be simple, be direct, and be succinct!
